After hours rates, Sat & Sun: Pre-Booked Only (6pm – 8pm, Sat & Sun) £55 for 1st hour and £25 per ½ hr after £75 for 1st hour and £35 per ½ hr after.

Rates based on one Zotehomes professional attending.

Charges do not include the cost of materials, parking, or the Congestion Charge.

We require 24 hours notice otherwise a cancellation fee of £30 will be applicable.

Please note we add 25% to the cost of materials we purchase on your behalf.

We accept all cards via payment machine or over the phone.

BACS You can send payment directly to us via BACS account transfer.

If we arrive and are unable to carry out the work through no fault of our own, the minimum charge applicable to the booking will be applied (£50 for a handyman, £70 for an electrician, plumber or other specialist).

For fixed rate bookings, however, or bookings scheduled after 6:00pm on a weekday or at any time on a Saturday or Sunday, we reserve the right to charge the total estimated value of the booking.
