Personal data and information we may collect from you and how we use it

Zotehomes Ltd (we) collect and are responsible for personal information collected or submitted by you when you use Zotehomes Ltd (our) website, register on our site, make a telephone booking, fill out an online booking or fill out a contact form. We use this data to carry out our primary business only. In doing so, we are regulated under the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

We will not use customers’ personal data for any commercial gain other than to provide a service to its customers or maintain communication with our customers.

Zotehomes Ltd is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy by ensuring that your personal information is handled in a safe and responsible manner. The information we collect from you: customers’ names, worksite and billing addresses, contact names and telephone numbers relating to worksite addresses and billing addresses, email addresses, details and date of the work done for you, which may be used for billing identification, authentication, detecting errors, fraud or other criminal activity.

Customer data is only available to existing customer service, management and technical staff members. The information we gather about you helps us personalise and continually improve your experience. We may release your information, when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others, property, rights or safety.
