From the point of enquiring, we will discuss your requirements, schedule works for a time and date that suits you, allowing an hour arrival window and give you a rough estimate of costs. For larger jobs a survey will be arranged. Depending on the nature of the work a partial payment may be required at this stage.

When our tradesperson arrives, they will give you a more accurate estimate of costs. Only when you’re satisfied with the completed works, the tradesman will clean up and present you with an invoice. One of our dedicated operatives will be on hand at all times to discuss any additional works/jobs and manage you current booking. Payment will be required upon receipt of the invoice.
